Mango, Grape, Kiwi and Goji Berry Fruit Salad with Banana Milk

    Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 mangos
  • 3 kiwis
  • Few handfuls of grapes
  • Handful of goji berries
    Approximate serving size

  • 1 big salad
    Machine use

  • Food processor or Vita-Mix
    Directions

  • Peel and slice mangos and toss into bowl.
  • Slice kiwis and place in bowl.
  • Throw in a handful of grapes.
  • Put bananas in food processor or Vita-Mix and blend down until liquefied.
  • Pour over the fruit in the bowl.
  • Sprinkle with goji berries.
