When it comes to greens, I stick to the organic kind. Don't need to worry about all of that.

Hi I bought my collard greens on the Farmers Market the farmer told me that he sprayed the greens so it is good first to soak the Collard Greens in a solution of a small bowl of water with 2 TBS peroxide and 2TBS to get the chemicals out of the greens, it does not matter if you eat it raw or cooked. Soak for 10 minutes in this solution, good for veggies and fruits to get the poison out and then rinse well 3 times.
