- 2 handfuls of pre-shredded onions
- 2 tablespoons of agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons of nama shoyu

Directions
- Put onions in tupperware or bowl that you are going to store them in.
- Pour nama shoyu over onions.
- Pour agave over onions.
- The onions shouldn’t be completely submerged in the mixture.
- Place lid on container and shake up to coat onions.
- Store in fridge for a few hours. The longer they sit, the more “fried” they will be.
