Rosemary and Garlic Dressing

    Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of tahni
  • 4-6 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of nama shoyu
  • 1/4 of a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
    Approximate serving size

  • For 1 big salad
    Machine use

  • Food processor or Vita-Mix
    Directions

  • Add tahini and water to the food processor Vita-Mix and blend until smooth.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil.
  • Blend down until smooth.
  • Add olive oil and blend again.
