Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini
- 1/2 cup of tahini or 1/2 cup of sesame seeds and 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Clove of garlic
- Half lemon
- Handful of chives
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of nama shoyu
- 1 teaspoon of agave nectar

- Enough for 2-3 salads

Machine use
- Vita-Mix or Food Processor

Directions
- If using tahini, add that and water and blend until smooth.
- If using sesame seeds, add that and water and blend until smooth.
- Cut zucchini into chunks and add to bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Add in all other ingredients and blend until well combined.
