Store Nuts and Seeds in Freezer After Dehydrating

When I first started to incorporate more raw foods into my life, one of my biggest pet peeves was having to soak and dehydrate nuts and seeds before using. It would have to be done hours or a day in advance, and I didn’t have the patience.

What I do now is soak and dehydrate them as soon as I buy them. Once they are done dehydrating, I’ll throw them in a coffee grinder or food processor to get into a powder. Then I’ll put them in a jar and store them in the freezer.

Now when I want to use them, they are readily available. No more waiting.
