Apple and Sage Stuffing

Suggested use: Make this as part of the Raw Stuffing Wrap.

    Ingredients

  • One head of cauliflower
  • 2 heads of broccoli that’s pre-shredded
  • 1 red onion (pre-shredded)
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • 4 Fuji apples
  • 7-8 sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Splash of olive oil
  • Splash of water
    Approximate serving size

  • About 5-6 servings

  • Dehydrator
    Directions

  • Cut up cauliflower into bite size chunks.
  • Cut up celery into small pieces.
  • Mix cauliflower, broccoli, onions and celery in a bowl.
  • Cut up half a fuji and granny smith apples into smaller than bite sized pieces. Add to bowl and set aside.
  • Cut up rest of the apples and put in Vita-Mix with sage, apple cider vinegar, water and olive oil.
  • Pour over the vegetables and mix up.
  • Spread mixture onto teflex sheet on dehydrator tray at 110 degrees for 6-8 hours.
