Ingredients
- One head of cauliflower
- 2 heads of broccoli that’s pre-shredded
- 1 red onion (pre-shredded)
- 3 stalks of celery
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 4 Fuji apples
- 7-8 sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- Splash of olive oil
- Splash of water

Directions
- Cut up cauliflower into bite size chunks.
- Cut up celery into small pieces.
- Mix cauliflower, broccoli, onions and celery in a bowl.
- Cut up half a fuji and granny smith apples into smaller than bite sized pieces. Add to bowl and set aside.
- Cut up rest of the apples and put in Vita-Mix with sage, apple cider vinegar, water and olive oil.
- Pour over the vegetables and mix up.
- Spread mixture onto teflex sheet on dehydrator tray at 110 degrees for 6-8 hours.
