Green Smoothie: Celery, Cucumber and Mango

    Ingredients

  • 4-6 ribs of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 mangoes
  • About 1 cup of water
    Approximate serving size

  • About 4-6 cups
    Machine use

  • Vita-Mix
    Directions

  • Cut and peel the mangoes.
  • Add to Vita-Mix with about 1/2 cup of water.
  • Blend on low and walk it up until smooth.
  • Add rest of water.
  • Cut celery ribs into chunks and add to Vita-Mix.
  • Blend down until smooth
  • Cut cucumber into chunks and add.
  • Blend down until smooth. Adding more water as necessary.
