Ingredients
- 1 head of kale
- 1 head of red leaf lettuce
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Handful of pre-sliced onions
- 4-6 sun dried tomatoes soaked in water for at least 20 minutes
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Dash of sea salt
- Avocado and corn dressing (requires Vita-Mix or food processor)

- 1 huge salad

Machine use
- None for salad. Vita-Mix or food processor for dressing.

Directions
- Drain off sundried tomatoes and set aside.
- Tear leaves off of kale and throw into salad bowl.
- Massage down with a pinch of salt and olive oil.
- Chop up red leaf lettuce and add.
- Top with avocado and corn dressing.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, onions and sundried tomatoes.
- Toss to combine.
