Plum and Apple Sauce

Suggested use: Make this as part of the Raw Stuffing Wrap.

    Ingredients

  • Plums
  • Raisins soaked in water overnight
  • Apples
    Approximate serving size

  • 2-3 Cups
    Machine use

  • Vita-Mix or Food Processor
  • Dehydrator
    Directions

  • Cut plums in half and place on dehydrator tray at 110 for 4-6 hours.
  • Flip over and dehydrate another 4-6 hours.
  • They should be shrunk down a bit, but still plump.
  • Put them in the Vita-Mix or Food processor with a handful of the raisins and splash of the soak water.
  • Blend up until desired consistency.
  • Put into dish.
  • Chop up apples and mix into the plums.
