Ingredients
- 2 Large zucchinis
- 8-12 Apples (Granny smith and Fuji)
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 3 celery stalks
- Collard green leaves
- 7-8 sage leaves
- Plums
- Raisins soaked in water overnight
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of water

- 5-6 wraps

Directions
- The day before make the plum and apple sauce and keep it in the fridge to chill.
- Start making the apple, zucchini and red pepper wraps.
- After the wraps have been in the dehydrator for 2-3 hours, start making the apple and sage stuffing.
- Remove the wraps and stuffing from the dehydrator.
- Place a collard green leaf in the middle of the wrap.
- Scoop some of the stuffing into the collard green leaf.
- Wrap everything up.
- Put a spoonful of the plum and apple sauce on the wrap.
