- 1 stalk of kale
- Teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/4 lemon
- Dash of sea salt

Directions
- Remove kale leaves from stems and add to bowl.
- Massage leaves down by hand to soften.
- Add olive oil, lemon and salt. Toss to coat.
- Put on teflex sheet and put in dehydrator at 110 degrees for 8-10 hours or until crisp.
