Basic Kale Chips


    Ingredients

  • 1 stalk of kale
  • Teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Dash of sea salt
    Approximate serving size

  • 1 serving
    Machine use

  • Dehydrator
    Directions

  • Remove kale leaves from stems and add to bowl.
  • Massage leaves down by hand to soften.
  • Add olive oil, lemon and salt. Toss to coat.
  • Put on teflex sheet and put in dehydrator at 110 degrees for 8-10 hours or until crisp.
