Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pre-shredded onion
- Handful of dill
- Bed of greens
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Dash of agave nectar

Directions
- Cut corn kernels off cob and place into a bowl.
- Add tomatoes and onions.
- Rip up dill and put over corn, tomatoes and onions.
- Pour olive oil and agave over mixture.
- Squeeze lemon on top.
- Mix to thoroughly coat.
- Serve over bed of greens.
