Ingredients for Corn and Zucchini Wrap
- 4 ears of corn
- 3-4 peeled zucchini
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 avocado
- Handful of pre-shredded onions
- Few leaves of lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 pepper

- 3 large wraps or several smaller

Machine use
- Dehydrator for wraps.

Directions
- Follow instructions to make the corn and zucchini wrap.It’ll take about 8-10 hours until the wraps are done.
- Once the wraps are complete, rip off a few full lettuce leaves to put in the wrap and chop up the rest of the lettuce.
- Put the full leaf inside the wrap.
- Slice open and pit the avocado. Scoop into the lettuce leaf.
- Cut up the tomatoes and peppers. Put inside lettuce leaf with the onions and rest of lettuce.
- Wrap it up and enjoy.
