Corn and Zucchini Wrap Stuffed with Avocadoes

    Ingredients for Corn and Zucchini Wrap

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 3-4 peeled zucchini
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Ingredients for Avocado Stuffing

  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of pre-shredded onions
  • Few leaves of lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pepper
    Approximate serving size

  • 3 large wraps or several smaller
    Machine use

  • Dehydrator for wraps.
    Directions

  • Follow instructions to make the corn and zucchini wrap.It’ll take about 8-10 hours until the wraps are done.
  • Once the wraps are complete, rip off a few full lettuce leaves to put in the wrap and chop up the rest of the lettuce.
  • Put the full leaf inside the wrap.
  • Slice open and pit the avocado. Scoop into the lettuce leaf.
  • Cut up the tomatoes and peppers. Put inside lettuce leaf with the onions and rest of lettuce.
  • Wrap it up and enjoy.
