Peach and Apricot Cream

    Ingredients

  • 3-4 peaches
  • 5-6 apricots
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
    Approximate serving size

  • 1 bowl full
    Directions

  • Cut peaches and apricots in half and remove the stones.
  • Place halves on dehydrator tray for about 4-6 hours at 110 degrees.
  • Flip over and dehydrate for another 2-4 hours.
  • At this point they should be slightly dry, but still plump.
  • Dump them into the Vita-Mix with the coconut oil.
  • Blend down to desired consistency.
  • Put in refrigerator to set.
