Ingredients for Corn and Zucchini Wrap
- 4 ears of corn
- 3-4 peeled zucchini
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Dash of sea salt
- 4-5 tomatoes
- Pre-shredded onions
- 2-3 red peppers
- 1 chili pepper
- Tablespoon of cumin
- Teaspoon of coriander
- Tablespoon of olive oil
- Splash of apple cider vinegar
- Dash of sea salt
Ingredients for Spicy Tomato, Pepper and Onions

- 3 large wraps or several smaller

Directions
- Follow instructions to make the corn and zucchini wrap.It’ll take about 8-10 hours until the wraps are done.
- If you plan on dehydrating the spicy tomato, pepper and onions, start making them about 4-5 after the wraps go in the dehydrator.
- Once the wraps and tomato mixture are complete, assemble the wrap.
- Place a collard green or other large leafy green into the corn and zucchini wrap.
- Spoon in the spicy tomato mixture.
- Wrap up and enjoy.
