- 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- 1/4 inch of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground mustard powder
- Dash of sea salt

Directions
- Add all ingredients to Vita-Mix or food processor.
- Blend up until smooth.
- Allow to set for a few minutes.
- If you want to thicken, add more flax.
- If you want to thin, add more water.
