- 2 chili peppers
- Fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Half lemon

Directions
- Slice open chili peppers and place on dehydrator tray.
- Put in dehydrator for a 3-4 hours at 110 degrees.
- Slice the dehydrated peppers in half and put into serving container with oregano leaves.
- Top off with olive oil and squeeze in lemon.
- Put the top on shake it up and let the flavors set.
