Olive Oil, Chili Pepper and Oregano Dressing


    Ingredients

  • 2 chili peppers
  • Fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • Half lemon
    Approximate serving size

  • 1-3 servings
    Machine use

  • Dehydrator
    Directions

  • Slice open chili peppers and place on dehydrator tray.
  • Put in dehydrator for a 3-4 hours at 110 degrees.
  • Slice the dehydrated peppers in half and put into serving container with oregano leaves.
  • Top off with olive oil and squeeze in lemon.
  • Put the top on shake it up and let the flavors set.
