Ingredients for Basic Kale Chips
- 1 stalk of kale
- Teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/4 lemon
- Dash of sea salt
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2-3 tomatillos
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- Handful of pre-shredded onions
- 1 large pepper
- Splash of olive oil
- Splash of apple cider vinegar

Machine use
- Dehydrator for kale chips. Vita-Mix or Food Processor for Soup.

Directions
- First follow directions for tomatillo salsa soup.
- Then make the basic kale chips, but toss the kale with the soup.
