- 1 large zucchini
- 2 1/2 cups of ground flax seeds
- Handful of pre-shredded onions
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Splash of water
- Dash of salt

- Dehydrator. Optional: Food processor

Directions
- Shred up zucchini using food processor or other method.
- Toss into large bowl with other ingredients.
- Mix together well and let marinate for about 1/2 hour.
- Form into patties or lay out as sheet about 1/4 inch thick on teflex dehydrator sheet.
- Put into dehydrator at 110 degrees for 10-12 hours.
- Flip and dehydrate for another 8-10 hours.
