Zucchini and Flax Bread


    Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 1/2 cups of ground flax seeds
  • Handful of pre-shredded onions
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Splash of water
  • Dash of salt
    Approximate serving size

  • 4 patties
    Machine use

  • Dehydrator. Optional: Food processor
    Directions

  • Shred up zucchini using food processor or other method.
  • Toss into large bowl with other ingredients.
  • Mix together well and let marinate for about 1/2 hour.
  • Form into patties or lay out as sheet about 1/4 inch thick on teflex dehydrator sheet.
  • Put into dehydrator at 110 degrees for 10-12 hours.
  • Flip and dehydrate for another 8-10 hours.
