Kale, Collards, Broccoli, Scallion With Spicy Sunflower Tomato Dressing

    Ingredients for Spicy Sunflower Tomato Dressing

  • 1/2 cup of soaked and dehydrated sunflower seeds
  • 1 tomato
  • Handful of pre-shredded onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Hot pepper to desired taste
  • Water as necessary to thin out
    Approximate serving size

  • 1 huge salad
    Machine use

  • Vita-Mix or Food Processor for dressing
    Directions

  • First make the spicy sunflower and tomato dressing.
  • While the dressing is settling start to prepare the salad.
  • Rip the kale leaves from the ribs and put into salad bowl.
  • Roll up the collard leaves and cut into ribbons and toss into bowl with a handful of broccoli and chopped scallions.
  • Pour on dressing and top with salad dressing.
