Ingredients for Spicy Sunflower Tomato Dressing
- 1/2 cup of soaked and dehydrated sunflower seeds
- 1 tomato
- Handful of pre-shredded onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Hot pepper to desired taste
- Water as necessary to thin out

Ingredients for Salad
- 1/2 head of kale
- 2 collard green leaves
- Handful of pre-shredded broccoli
- Scallions
- Kalamata olives

Approximate serving size
- 1 huge salad

Machine use
- Vita-Mix or Food Processor for dressing

Directions
- First make the spicy sunflower and tomato dressing.
- While the dressing is settling start to prepare the salad.
- Rip the kale leaves from the ribs and put into salad bowl.
- Roll up the collard leaves and cut into ribbons and toss into bowl with a handful of broccoli and chopped scallions.
- Pour on dressing and top with salad dressing.
