- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1 large red pepper
- Handful of pre-shredded onions
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of nama shoyu
- 8-10 sprigs of thyme

- Dehydrator and Vita-Mix or Food Processor

Directions
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Scoop out insides and place in Vita-Mix or food processor.
- Blend down to a puree.
- Pout into bowl and set on side.
- Put the hollowed out tomato into a large bowl.
- Cut pepper into chunks and put into bowl with tomatoes.
- Add onions.
- Pour olive oil and nama shoyu over the veggies and mix with thyme leaves (leave some on side for garnish).
- Spread the veggie mix onto a teflex lined dehydrator tray.
- Put tray and bowl of tomato insides in dehydrator for 4-6 hours.
- Add everything back to the Vita-Mix or food processor and blend down to desired consistency.
- Pour into bowl and top with remaining thyme leaves.
