Fruit Leather and Apple Cream Cookies

    Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coconut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Choose a fruit leather flavor
    Approximate serving size

  • 5-6 cookies
    Machine use

  • Dehydrator and Vita-Mix or Food Processor
    Directions

  • Make the fruit leather 12 hours in advance. Make into small circular shapes.
  • Prepare the apple cream.
  • Spread the apple cream into one of the fruit leather circles and cover with another.
