Ingredients for Kale and Dandelion Salad
- 1 head of kale
- 1/2 head of dandelion
- 1 yellow squash
- Handful of sun-dried tomatoes
- Optional: Nutritional yeast
- 2 chili peppers
- Fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Half lemon
Ingredients for Chili Pepper and Oregano Dressing

- 1 large salad

Machine use
- None
- Make the chili pepper and oregano dressing in advance.
- Pull kale leaves off of stems and put into large salad bowl.
- Do the same with the dandelion leaves.
- Pour dressing over the greens and massage with your hands until tender.
- Cut up and top with yellow squash and sun-dried tomatoes..
- Optional: Sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
