Ingredients
- 1 head of kale
- Bunch of portobello mushrooms
- 1 tomato
- Handful of pre-shredded onions
- Dash of sea salt
- Teaspoon of olive oil
- Half of a lemon
- Splash of agave nectar

Directions
- Pull kale leaves from stem and add to bowl.
- Sprinkle sea salt on to kale.
- Massage down with hands to break down the kale. It should soften after about a minute or so.
- Add the olive oil if you need to.
- Chop up mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and add to kale.
- Pour olive oil, agave and squeeze of lemon onto salad.
- Toss together.
