Ingredients
- 4 collard green leaves
- 4 stalks of bok choy
- 1/2 head of arugula
- 1 apple of your choice
- 1 handful of raisins
- Pre-shredded onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Sprinkle of sea salt

Directions
- Finely cut the collards, bok choy and arugula.
- Toss into bowl.
- Dice up apples and add to bowl with raisins and onions.
- Top with olive oil, squeeze of lemon and dash of sea salt.
