Sesame and Ginger Dressing

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
  • Small piece of ginger
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Splash of nama shoyu
  • Half lemon
  • 2 scallions
  • Dash of cayenne
    Approximate serving size

  • Enough for 1 large salad
    Machine use

  • Vita-Mix or Food Processor
    Directions

  • Add sesame seeds and water to Vita-Mix or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add olive oil and blend again.
  • Add rest of ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
