- Small piece of ginger
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Splash of nama shoyu
- Half lemon
- 2 scallions
- Dash of cayenne

- Enough for 1 large salad

Machine use
- Vita-Mix or Food Processor

Directions
- Add sesame seeds and water to Vita-Mix or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add olive oil and blend again.
- Add rest of ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
