Ingredients
- 6 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 5 leaves of kale
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 tomato
- Handful of fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Dash of sea salt

Directions
- Remove kale leaves from stems and massage down with some sea salt until desired consistency.
- Cut up romaine lettuce leaves and add to kale.
- Dice up cucumbers and tomatoes. Add to lettuce.
- Cut up fresh dill and sprinkle on salad.
- Pour olive oil, squeeze lemon and sprinkle salt on top.
