Chili Walnuts

    Ingredients

  • 3 cups of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
    Approximate serving size

  • 3 cups
    Machine use

  • Dehydrator
    Directions

  • Soak walnuts in water for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Drain and rinse walnuts.
  • Put in dehydrator for 8-10 hours at 105 degrees.
  • Remove from dehydrator and place in bowl.
  • Pour agave nectar and chili powder.
  • Mix to cover.
  • Put back into dehydrator for 6-8 hours.
  • Flip the walnuts and dehydrate for another 4-6 hours.
  • Store in refrigerator to get extra crunchy.
