Eating a diet of raw foods in the day followed by a cooked meal in the evening, rather than eating fully raw or fully cooked, appears to be what our species has specifically adapted to, going back millions of years. Research has shown that eating fully raw doesn’t lead to the best prospects for the survival of our species. As well, Ryan relates his story of how switching from fully raw to raw till 4 has helped him to feel better and improve his health.
