-Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

1/2 Banana
3-4 Pitted Dates
1 Cup Ice
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

-Green Smoothie

1 Handful Frozen Blueberries
1 Handful Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Frozen Banana
3-4 Pitted Dates
1 1/2 cup Fresh Kale
Bok Choy
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk + water if needed

-Spicy Orange Juice
2 Peeled Oranges
1 Lime
1/2 Jalapeño
Pineapple (to taste)

-Traditional Green Juice
1 Stalk Celery
1 Cucumber
2 Cups Spinach
1 Red Apple
1/2 Lemon

  1. Hi Rachel, I love your videos and will definitely be trying some of these
    recipes. Thought I should say, you might want to be careful in your
    description of dates – they are packed with vitamins and nutrients but also
    have a very high (natural) sugar content. Please keep making these types of
    videos. Much love from the UK x

  2. I love making pre-made smoothie packs. I put berries, a banana, and lots of
    greens into individual bags and freeze them. Then right before i blend i
    add plain greek yogurt, chia seeds and fresh juice or water. As a college
    student, I have found this to be a great way to get veggies and fruit into
    my diet on the go. I actually use a contigo coffee mug to take it to go and
    its been awesome.

    11 mo old and in wondering if I make these if I can share.

  6. I need to make a video on juicing too!! I love beets, carrots, cucumber,
    celery, lemon, a little bit of ginger and cayenne pepper! The beets make it
    super sweet!! 

  7. I love juicing! but the cleaning part not so much :p my favourite juices
    are apple and beetroot (from the garden mmm!), or mango pineapple and
    spinach, also like to add some ginger ore lemon if I feel like it (:

    video! Super yummy smoothie recipes too! 

  9. Your such an inspiration to me! I’m not a very healthy eater because my
    family doesn’t like to eat much fruits or vegetables so my kitchen is
    filled with mostly foods like chips and chocolates and I find myself eating
    them… Do you have any tips on simple things I can eat without spending
    money on any organic or not in season things (I live in Chicago) so I can
    keep my energy going?? Thanks :)

  11. I really wanted to get a Breville but after watching FullyRawKristina, I’m
    leaning towards the slow juicers but my goodness, they are just as much as
    the Vitamix! Convincing my husband to buy a$400 juicer has not been easy!
