    can do for your body. You can get 30% of your daily intake of hydration
    just by juicing in the morning. It’s also a great way to detox. Bon

  3. True… at first it does seem like a lot of work but then it becomes a
    habit. I truly enjoy the taste so the reward is worth the effort. Kind of
    like starting a new exercise routine; a lot of work up front but then you
    get into the groove.

  4. Detox is so true.I have the sniffles and a sore throat and sneezing like
    crazy.All these symptoms right in the middle of the swine flu scare.But I
    know I’m not sick,I’m just detoxing.

  5. i make mine with carrots apples and spinach, it taste delicious you dont
    really taste the spinach but its still there

  6. @gstvt101 i´m also diabetic, i thing you only make the carbohidrate
    exchange exercise and nothing going to happen, besides is fructose not
    plain sugar

    nutrients in it

  8. I can clean my juicer in 5 minutes and maybe 10 to 15 to prep the food. At
    first the juice tasted nasty but after stopping drinking pop/store bought
    juice, the homemade stuff tastes great.

  9. It would be a shame for you not to lose weight when these other people shed
    pounds easily using Fat Blast Furnace (go google it).
