*The measured ingredients juiced makes about 16 ounces of juice for each recipe. Store, in mason jars, in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days :)

The Pink Breeze:
1/4 of a watermelon, chopped
Blend and pour through strainer.

Lean && Green Juice:
1 head romaine
1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
1 head of celery
1 cup of spinach
4-5 kale leaves
2 granny smith apples
2 pears
2 kiwis
1 lemon, peeled, if desired
Juice and pour through strainer.

The Tropical Tango
1/2 a pineapple
1/2 a cantaloupe
2 peaches
2 oranges
Juice and pour through strainer.

    because the fibers actually have a lot of nutrients in them as well! :)

  3. Great video! I recently got a juicer as a gift and haven’t been sure what
    to use. I’ve just been drinking shots of kale :( hahaha
    I’ll definitely be trying out these juice recipes!
