  1. to get more out of your loose leafy greens, try bunching them by the steam
and mix in some carrots or celery. Go real slow at high speed you get the
    most out stuff like kale.

  2. Came for the juice but you lost me at the goofy new age crap….I’ll take
my juice to go and thank my inner ear for balance.

  3. This is awesome dude. I bought a juicer today and this is something i’ve
been lacking. Vegetable’s. Thanks for the info!

  4. Whoa!!! Yet more misleading so-called science. My data source, Harvard
Medical School online… regarding calcium content, 1 cup celery = 48 mg
calcium, whereas 1 cup skim milk = 301 mg calcium. One cup of skim milk has
the calcium of 6 cups celery. The nonsense espoused on the video clip is
misleading and without foundation. Check out the data for yourself, at
    health[dot]harvard[dot]edu[slash]newsweek[slash]Calcium_content_of_selected_foods[dot]htm

  5. I didn’t start to think clearly till I rid my mind of a whole load of
childhood-indoctrinated religious guilt-laden God fantasies and started to
think with my reason and intellect.

  6. Great recipe! I usually juice in a couple Slim Jim’s in mine. It gives the
    juice a nice meaty flavor.

  7. He is just helping us become more healthy. Whether that is juicing, which
is physical or talking about balance, which is mental. It’s not goofy. It’s
    a positive message.
