FRESH FRUIT JUICE & EASY RECIPE!


This recipe yields approximately 6, 8oz servings and is packed full of vitamins & nutrients. Super sweet and deliciousl, this juice has a smoothie like texture ^_^ 
Prep time: 5 – 10 minutes
Ingredients: 

3 Bananas – peeled 
3 Apples – sliced. We used Pink Lady Apples 
2 Kiwis – peeled and halved 
4 Oranges – peeled and quartered
9 Strawberries – tops removed
1/4 pound of Red Seedless Grapes

  2. I love making fresh juice, SO much better than the stuff in the stores! I
    really want to buy a Vitamix, right now I have a Juiceman juicer & a
    smoothie maker. Great video :)

  3. You could add honey to the strawberry pulp and freeze to make a nice frozen
    ice sorbet or even put the pulp in molds and freeze and they would be
    refreshing Popsicles for the kids !

  4. Love the recipe! Few suggestions though:
    – leave the skin on the kiwi and keep the stems on the strawberries! It may
    sound weird, I know, but they contain nutrients as well and it will be
    easier to cut.
    – use the pulp for a smoothie! It’s just as tasty, just a little thicker!

  5. That look very good but my favorite fruit is strawberry, pineapple and
    peach. And I need to try that tho (^_^)
