    currently on my weight loss journey. I used to be 400 pounds. Now I am 250
    and I am pregnant. I wanted to know if I can take this while I am pregnant.
    I am in my first trimester. If not… what do use reccommend for me. I dont
    ever wanna get that big again and I still wanna lose more weight without
    endangering my baby.
