Juicing 101 – Why I Juice

I’m super passionate about juicing and it’s benefits and I’m so excited that you guys wanted me to talk about it.

I know some of you will ask so… Yes, I still eat vegetables at every possible meal as well as a daily green juice. My green juices do not REPLACE all my daily vegetable servings. They just help me get MORE veggies in my diet in an easy to absorb form. :)

And No, a juice does not replace a meal. I don’t suggest skipping meals or meal replacements unless you are doing a short cleanse for medical or health reasons.
