I’m super passionate about juicing and it’s benefits and I’m so excited that you guys wanted me to talk about it.
I know some of you will ask so… Yes, I still eat vegetables at every possible meal as well as a daily green juice. My green juices do not REPLACE all my daily vegetable servings. They just help me get MORE veggies in my diet in an easy to absorb form.
And No, a juice does not replace a meal. I don’t suggest skipping meals or meal replacements unless you are doing a short cleanse for medical or health reasons.
