Tabouli Recipe:

1 cup sprouted raw Quinoa (simply soak for a day or two)
1 Tomato, finely chopped
3/4 cup chopped cucumber
1 or 2 green onion/scallions, chopped
1 cup Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup Mint, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
3 slices minced Ginger
1-2 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 minced jabanero or Serrano pepper
1/3 cup Lime or Lemon Juice
1/3 cup olive oil
Sea Salt and black pepper

Mix everything in a bowl, top with avocado cubes, fresh dill, coriander, cumin, dab of hummus
